Manchester City are one game away from being crowned Premier League champions, following their 3-1 triumph over Everton at Goodison Park on Saturday. 

Pep Guardiola's men frolicked into a two-goal lead inside 12 minutes, on account of Leroy Sane's volley and Gabriel Jesus' header. 

Raheem Sterling guaranteed City before break with three goals up, completing off a super counter-attack. 

The guests took their foot off the gas in the second half, permitting Yannick Bolasie pull one back, yet were never truly in risk of dropping points. 

It sets up an epic Derby conflict with Manchester United one week from now at the Etihad.
